Weedeater fixed. I had to call up there to find out if it was ready. The other one, they contacted the owner of the weedeater and said his was ready.
Get up there today. Monday August 28th. Around 1:45. The clerk stutters while telling me $170+ price for what I had done. I look at her and ask if she's serious. She says yeah the piece replaced was 120+ and labor.
It wasn't bad. Just a plastic guard on it was. No where did they explain it would be half the cost of a NEW weedeater to fix. So I promptly ask for they to take it off and put the old one back on. Nothing's wrong with it. String sometimes gets caught. And their simple easy fix was $170+.
First time personally dealing with them to fix a plastic piece on a $300 weedeater they suggest replace a small part and act as if it were a small deal. Shouldn't cost me as much as whTeved else they were talking about. I said. Ok if that's the cheapest route I suppose we go that way.
Great customer service and friendly staff make this a great place to purchase from.
Definitely not my first choice for a small engine mechanic. But I was forced to go there due to their proximity to my location and atleast give them a try.
Been going here for years if they don't have the part they'll get it quick. Repair service is great, everyone is helpful and the prices are very good.

Asked these guys to do an oil change and some basic maintenance on my mower. They picked it up, and I had to wait 3 weeks to get it back. Tried to use the mower, and the right side wasn't moving (the parking break is jamming). Called them again, 3 days after they picked it up and now another 3 weeks and nobody even looked at it. 6 weeks total, what a joke. They promised to call me back but no one even bothered...
