Entire entendres family reserved the meeting room at the restaurant for our holiday party. The buffet was good. Great place for family outings or reunions!

I visited Montgomery Bell State Park for a friend's wedding and enjoyed our overnight stay. We had four (including myself) stay on the two-bed room. The bed sizes were Queen. The stay was quiet and convenient for the park. We visited the cabins where a few other friends were and enjoyed a night out with festivities. The directions we received from the staff on navigating to the cabins wasn't helpful and we ended up getting turned around a few times, this is mainly due to there being no lights. Having no lights in a park covered with trees and brush proved to be an adventurous night. Otherwise, the staff and stay was friendly while the price was worth it.

It was a very beautiful place. Lots of water to see and multiple sites to pull over and get into the water. At the info center there was a live owl on display that is being cared for by the park rangers as well as information on the wildlife in the rest of the park inside the building. Fun to explore. That being said, the road signs directing the traffic inside the park were slightly confusing. We found it was easier to navigate by using the paper map that was given to us at the information center near the entrance. I would definitely visit there again, maybe sometime earlier in the summer when the water is less green and there's been more recent rain.

The views are amazing. The amenities for the price are out of this world. My only caveats at this moment are the televisions but who needs a TV at a place like this. Great family vacation spot. Great weekend getaway spot. Highly recommend and have already made a reservation for next year.

Came here for a weekend retreat with church members. Our group was small but we had the biggest, best time! The staff here was very friendly & extra helpful & made sure we had everything we needed for all our activities. I never knew how much I enjoyed nature. It's beautiful here!!! I can't wait to come again.
