I have had Building Solutions by Spann build two structure on my property in Pegram,TN over the past three years. They did a fantastic job in helping to make possible what many builders and lenders told us wasn't possible. While they are not perfect, and no builder is, they will personally address your concerns and work with you to make it right for the customer. A trait that is hard to find and you won't find with most builders/companies now a days.
Our first time builder experience was excellent! Our home was built in the time frame quoted and under budget with the exception of extras we added. Their services include a designer who helped with so many things including both interior and exterior design elements. They always sent us in a good direction for both budget and quality when making choices during every aspect of the building process. The designer was SO helpful and fun to work with. The entire team is wonderful and while we have no plans to build another home, we would definitely choose Building Solutions by Spann again!
